Billboard powered by oranges?

I had no clue what I wanted to write about today, so I went to google and typed in "new technology" to see if anything interesting would come up. I then came across the article about a billboard that was powered by oranges. Just reading the title of the article caught my attention! As everyone knows, citrus fruits are acidic, which means their juice can help produce electricity. Tropicana decided to create an ad with their oranges to endorse their product. SRU Cheerleading Try-outs!!

The try-outs are for the All Girl and COED team! They are the weekend of May 6-8. I was on the COED team for the past 2 years and it was such a fun experience, so if anyone has any questions or are interested let me know! My email is seb3987@sru.edu. The try-outs and the whole enviroment there is very laid back and enjoyable, no pressure at all!

Scheduling at SRU...

This new system is suppose to be fast, easy and make everyone's scheduling experience a lot easier...well for me it didn't. I scheduled on Monday so I was one of the first group of people to schedule first, and it wasn't that easy. I understand how other people feel who go later into the week because I had to deal with that my freshman year. But, I was restricted from so many of the classes that was in the major that I needed! So, I had to run around the campus like a crazy person getting different signatures and what not. Then I get emails from different professors saying that the class times have changed and that I need to change my schedule again. I changed my schedule 3 other times after Monday. Let's just say, I really miss Rock Talk.

New to Blogging!

Well, I've never actually blogged before so this is my first time. I've always followed a certain blog, perezhilton.com. A famous guy who just spends everyday blogging about celebrity gossip and such things dealing with fashion, music, entertainment, etc. I do praise people who keep up on their blogs and blog religiously for their fans. I do not think I could keep up on a blog with the little amount of time I have. I also don't think my life is that interesting enough that someone would want to actually follow my blog. Ohhh, the life of a college student...
