I had no clue what I wanted to write about today, so I went to google and typed in "new technology" to see if anything interesting would come up. I then came across the article about a billboard that was powered by oranges. Just reading the title of the article caught my attention! As everyone knows, citrus fruits are acidic, which means their juice can help produce electricity. Tropicana decided to create an ad with their oranges to endorse their product. The article is pretty interesting, so here's the link if anyone else wants to read more about it! http://www.coolest-gadgets.com/20110415/billboard-powered-oranges/
Perspnaly I think that this is amazing how amazing would it be if it was possible to run an entire house hold off of a few orange trees.I know that the idea of actualy running a entire house like this sounds kinda crazy but what if.
ReplyDeleteThis is awesome! I would never think of oranges creating electricity. I may look into this website more. Thanks for the interesting post.
